The initial ask was to design a single Landing Page that introduces the product and encourages consumers to sign-up for the tool. I showed multiple options but the client choose to keep two options to be rotated and use for future consumer learning. The landing page has content about the tool and it’s key features.
Gaining Insights about the Industry
Research
Understand competitor credit score user flows, tools, and features. Learn the branding and brand requirements. Review all documentation relating to Amex’s completed research and develop a gap analysis with additional research help drive engagement.
Communication
Meet with additional business units, such as marketing, to understand plans for communicating the new Credit Report Tool.
Workshops
Review TransUnion’s platform and participated in the capabilities workshops to fully understand what can be customized.
Test
First I provided a design option to be A/B. After the post-Launch Amex provided analytics, that I used in order to provide recommendations on how to further optimize the experience. I focused on the Homepage Banners and Landing Page Experience.
