Guiding Priciples
Stay Relevant
To stay relevant in the digital marketing world, brands need one eye on current strategies and the other on emerging digital trends. And for JetBlue that includes pushing the boundaries of the ever-evolving travel ecosystem to remain competitive.
Suprise and Delight
Design should inspire, be fun, and be engaging. Reimagine the booking experience for Jetblue and how to help set them apart from other airlines.
Go Beyond Booking
In the age of technology, consumers are conditioned towards being hyper-informed. And with that, they are looking for brands to anticipate their needs and deliver relevant information at optimal touchpoints.
Gaining Insights about the Industry
Research
Before I even dive into a design I like to look at the competitive landscape and see what other brands are doing. This helps, to understand how the product works with various solutions and how I can push my design even further
Test
We ran an internal usability test to further understand how our target audience would react and validate our designs to be viable solutions.
